New Beginnings

The 2015 theme for Young Women:

Bayley Thornton did a great job on planning and executing New Beginnjngs. She did this to complete her project for Faith.

It was a great opportunity for the girls who will be entering the Young Womens program, and their familes, to learn about the theme, the values, personal progress, and the importance of the program.
Here are a few of the Beehives 🐝🐝🐝

We look forward to learning more about the theme this year.  We are excited for all the new Beehives that will be joining us on our Journey to Embark on the Service of God. 🚢⚓️

Individual Worth #1

You are a daughter of Heavenly Father, who knows you and loves you.

Today in class we read
Psalm 8:4–6; Jeremiah 1:5; John 13:34; Doctrine and Covenants 18:10; Abraham 3:22–23; and Joseph Smith--History 1:1–20.

We talked about how Jospeh Smith realized that the scriptures he read in John applied directly to him.  He could ask God and God would answer his prayers!

I know that Heavenly Father knows me, too.  He created me and He is completely aware of every aspect of my life.  I know that I can use prayer to feel the love and understanding that my Father has for me.  That knowledge brings me happiness because I Heavenly Father has a plan for me.

Write in your journal or in the comments how these scriptures teach you that Heavenly Father knows you, loves you, and is mindful of you.
